"In Transit" means your shipment is currently moving between locations. This could be on a ship, plane, or truck. You can check the detailed timeline for specific location updates.
My tracking information hasn't updated in a while. What should I do?
If tracking information hasn't updated for more than 24 hours, please contact our support team with your tracking number. There may be temporary system updates or your shipment might be in a location with limited connectivity.
Can I track multiple shipments at once?
